Founder & Chief Visionary Officer

In envisioning the future of Georgia's film and television industry, we see a transformative journey towards inclusivity, where every aspiring professional, regardless of background or circumstance, has the opportunity to thrive. Our vision is to establish a pioneering workforce development training program that serves as a beacon of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

At the heart of our vision lies a commitment to breaking down barriers and fostering a culture of belonging. We aspire to create a program that empowers individuals from all walks of life to pursue careers as Production Assistants (PA’s) in film and television, providing them with the skills, support, and resources needed to succeed.

In our vision, diversity is not just a checkbox but a driving force behind innovation and creativity. By nurturing a diverse talent pool, we aim to enrich storytelling, amplify underrepresented voices, and reflect the true tapestry of our society on screen.

Our vision extends beyond training; it encompasses a community of inclusivity, where individuals are embraced for their unique perspectives and experiences. Through mentorship, networking opportunities, and ongoing support, we seek to cultivate a supportive ecosystem where every individual feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

Ultimately, our vision is to position Georgia as a leader in fostering diversity and inclusivity within the film and television industry. By championing equality and opportunity, we aim to create a future where the talents of all individuals are recognized, celebrated, and given the platform they deserve.
